These General Terms and Conditions apply to all travel services sold by FLYSE TRAVELS AB, including package travel, land arrangements, and standalone flight tickets.

1. The Agreement

1.1 Binding agreement

A binding agreement is created when FLYSE TRAVELS AB has issued a written booking confirmation and received the required payment (deposit or full payment).

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to package travel or flight tickets in accordance with Chapter 2, Section 12 of the Swedish Package Travel Act.

1.2 Main traveler

The main traveler (the first person named in the booking) must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for:

  • all travelers included in the booking,

1.3 Scope of services

FLYSE TRAVELS AB provides:

  • Private and tailor-made package tours (with or without flights),
  • Land-only travel arrangements,

3. Flight Services (Standalone Flight Tickets)

3.1 Nature of flight services

Standalone flight tickets are sold as transport-only services and are handled manually through airlines or authorized flight consolidators.

Submitting a flight enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking.

A binding agreement for flight tickets is created only after:

  • written confirmation has been issued by FLYSE TRAVELS AB, and
  • full payment has been received.

Flight tickets will not be issued before payment is received.

All flight tickets are subject to the fare rules and conditions of the operating airline, including rules regarding:

  • changes,
  • cancellations,

  • no-shows.

Some tickets may be non-refundable and/or non-changeable.
