We do not offer group tours or shared departures. Every journey is fully private, flexible, and designed only for you and your travel companions.

Yes. You can choose a package with or without flights. If you prefer to book your own flights, simply share your confirmed arrival time in Sri Lanka — we'll organize your airport pickup, transfers, and everything else from there.

Every FlySE trip is 100% tailor-made. You decide when to travel, how long to stay, who to travel with, and what to include. We prepare everything in advance so your journey is effortless, personal, and ready when you arrive.

We recommend booking 2–6 months in advance for the best hotel options and rates. However, we'll always arrange last-minute requests.

Payments & Pricing

Payments are made safely to FlySE's SEB Bank account via our secure payment partner Mondido. You'll receive a clear invoice and official booking confirmation according to Swedish accounting standards.

No — never. Our prices are fully transparent and all-inclusive. We clearly list what's included (accommodation, driver guide, transfers, and entrances) and what's not included in the itinerary before the booking payment. The price you see in your quote is the only price you pay.

You may cancel at any time in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Refunds are processed within 14 days and follow Swedish consumer protection laws.

Yes. Small adjustments (such as name corrections or dates) are possible if suppliers allow it. For flight-related bookings, airline change fees may apply according to their policies. Refer Terms & conditions.

You'll be greeted at the airport by our trusted local DMC partner and your private driver guide. They will handle everything from arrival to departure — with FlySE's Swedish office available at all times if you need us.

Yes. Sri Lanka is a peaceful, welcoming country with a long tradition of hospitality. We work exclusively with licensed, insured, and safety-compliant partners.

Absolutely — we're flexible. If you'd like to adjust a stop, an activity, or timing during your journey, our partners will do their best to make it happen, as long as it's possible within your itinerary.

Yes. Travellers from Sweden need an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) before arrival. It's simple to apply online at <a href="https://www.eta.gov.lk">www.eta.gov.lk</a>, costs about $50 USD, and is usually approved within 24 hours.

Yes. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical care, cancellations, lost luggage, and delays. This protects you and allows us to assist you better in any emergency.

No vaccines are mandatory for entry. However, we recommend discussing Hepatitis A/B, tetanus, and malaria prevention with your healthcare provider before travel.

After Booking

Once your full payment is received, you'll get your final itinerary, hotel list, and your personal driver guide contact details at least two weeks before departure.

You'll always have 24/7 support — directly from your driver guide, our local DMC partner, and FlySE's Swedish contact number. We're always just a message or phone call away.

No. Digital versions are perfectly fine. We encourage paperless travel for sustainability and convenience.

Sri Lanka is a year-round destination — perfect both for escaping the Swedish winter and for summer holidays.
